✅ Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective in workmanship or quality
- Incorrect item sent

❌ Non-returnable Items
- Handmade items may have minor variations in size, color, or texture, which are part of their uniqueness and not considered defects.
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
💵 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Bank Transfer) within 7–14 working days.
- Advance payments / COD deposits are non-refundable unless the item is unavailable or out of stock.
🔄 Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for the same item (if stock is available).
- If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
📦 Return Shipping
