✅ Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:

Damaged during delivery
Defective in workmanship or quality
Incorrect item sent

❌ Non-returnable Items

Handmade items may have minor variations in size, color, or texture, which are part of their uniqueness and not considered defects.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Bank Transfer) within 7–14 working days.
Advance payments / COD deposits are non-refundable unless the item is unavailable or out of stock.

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for the same item (if stock is available).
